The three-day course “Design, Application and Construction of Surfacing Seals” for roads, which was held in Port Elizabeth on 13-15 September, included all aspects of seal design for conventional and modified binders using the Revised TRH3.

The 21 delegates attending the course covered the full spectrum of Road Engineering, including Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Provincial Roads, the National Roads Agency and a Supplier, Colas, and were all very complimentary of the lecturer, Gerrie van Zyl, and the vibrant manner in which it was presented.
