CAPSA was filled with world class presentations, interesting exhibitions, wonderful suppers in exotic locations and great networking opportunities.
Close to 600 delegates attended the conference. Old “Pad makers”-Road builders from all over the world met to discuss latest industry developments and share old “war stories”
