Presently, she is augmenting her expertise through pursuing a master’s degree in transportation engineering at the University of Stellenbosch, a move that underscores her commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Leadership and Operations Mastery: In her current role as Operations Manager for Ndex Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Londeka demonstrates exceptional acumen in steering operations towards strategic goals, showcasing her ability to navigate the complexities of the engineering, real estate, and utilities management industries with finesse. Her tenure at one of South Africa’s three concessionaires, N3TC, endowed her with intricate knowledge of traffic monitoring, overloading management, and the nuances of road safety engineering.

Contributions to SARF and Road Safety: Londeka’s involvement with SARF has been both profound and transformative. Prior to her vice-presidential appointment, she diligently served as the honorary treasurer for two years, laying a solid financial foundation for the federation’s initiatives. As the chairperson of the SARF Northern Region from 2021 to 2023, her leadership was instrumental in steering the region towards significant milestones in road safety and engineering advocacy.
